General Refund Policy
All purchases made through Sancia Enterprise Consulting are subject to this Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of digital products, consulting services, workshops, mentorship, and done-for-you implementation work, refunds may be limited once services have started or access has been provided.
Strategy Calls & Consultations
Any consultation or strategy session purchased through Sancia Enterprise Consulting is considered reserved time.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once confirmed and scheduled.
If you need to reschedule, requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
Missed appointments or no-shows may not qualify for rescheduling or refunds.

Once project work, setup, planning, onboarding, implementation, or account configuration begins:
Payments become non-refundable
Completed work and delivered assets remain billable
Refunds are not available for partially completed implementation
Any approved cancellation only applies to future, uncompleted work.
1-on-1 Mentorship Services
Mentorship services reserve dedicated support and strategic planning time.
After mentorship begins:
Sessions completed are non-refundable
Unused sessions may not be redeemed for cash
Active mentorship plans may be canceled according to agreement terms
Subscription & Recurring Services
If enrolled in recurring billing:
You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle
Cancellation prevents future charges only
Previously processed payments are non-refundable
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional situations may be reviewed individually.
Any approved refund remains at the sole discretion of Sancia Enterprise Consulting Inc.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
